Lauren Bakke - Sanctity Craft

My name is Lauren Bakke. I began Sanctity Craft  in 2021 through a weekly Monday night Rosary group made up of family, friends, and fellow parishioners. Praying together each week deepened my faith and inspired me to begin making rosaries in 2023 after discovering a rosary-making kit online.

What started as gifts for friends and family soon grew into custom rosary commissions, leading to the creation of Sanctity Craft. Today, we create handcrafted traditional and Seven Sorrows rosaries made with prayer and devotion. Each rosary can be personalized with your choice of colors, medals, and prayer intentions, and we can pray specific mysteries over your rosary as it is being made.

As part of our mission, 10% of every purchase is donated to organizations that uphold the sanctity of life, including pregnancy resource centers, ministries that provide Catholic burial for embryos, and hospice care.

At Sanctity Craft, I strive to blend artistry and faith, creating meaningful rosaries that support both your spiritual journey and life-affirming causes.

Madeline Orsinger is a Catholic artist whose acrylic and watercolor landscapes celebrate the sacramentality of the world. Rooted in a theology of presence, her work reflects a belief that God’s life is continually revealed through creation, place, and daily circumstances. Through painting, she invites viewers into a contemplative practice of seeing with an eternal perspective—one that opens the present moment as a space for encounter with the living God.

Madeline is passionate about the human pilgrimage to become an image of God.  She hopes her art can be an aid in that pilgrimage.  In addition you can book her to display art at your events or speak on topics related to beauty and evangelization, art and prayer, sabbath and leisure.  Her free Guide to Visio Divina is a resource for learning to pray with art or the beauty of your surroundings, and can be downloaded through her art website.

Mary Henseler is a Catholic sacred‑jewelry artist who creates faith‑filled, beautiful jewelry by purposefully repurposing vintage Catholic medals with vintage jewelry. Her work blends beauty, faith, and the richness of Church history into meaningful wearable art. She combines and curates these sacred pieces into a variety of styles, crafting one‑of‑a‑kind devotional statement jewelry. In addition to jewelry, Mary also creates shrines and wall art, upcycling and reimagining Catholic objects into new sacred pieces, giving forgotten items a renewed purpose.

She received her BFA from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 1991 and began creating jewelry in 2011. Mary considers her work a ministry—one that helps her patrons evangelize the world simply by wearing and displaying their faith.

Thomas Labandz - Painter

The western landscapes of Thomas Labandz are fixtures in leading galleries in Aspen, Denver, Jackson and Cody.  His paintings are infused with a passion for conservation and preservation.  His work captures a balance of opposites with thunderous rapids running through the stillness of a pine forest.  The affect is serenity, pure and simple as nature itself.  Thomas earned a degree in Art History and Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota.

Bryan Bossman – Wood working

With the exception of custom orders, all of Bryan’s work is natural wood coloring with no stains or dyes – he lets the wood do the talking. Bryan of Bossman’s Boutique enjoys combining color and design to craft heirloom-quality pieces to be enjoyed for years. Whether you use his artwork functionally or just put it on display to be enjoyed, he is thrilled at the opportunity to remind you that something beautiful is worth slowing down for, taking in, and sharing. Bryan started his self-taught woodworking hobby in winter of 2019. During the COVID pandemic the passion for creating things with wood really ignited. He left his engineering career in the summer of 2022 to pursue Bossman’s Boutique full-time on a venture of a more fulfilling career.

Papa's Woodworks by Stan and Tony Wolyniec

Our Father, Jim Wolyniec, taught us as children to create wooden items for the local Holy Cross Annual Festival.  We have continued donating our time and wooden art products as prizes throughout the years.  We joined Art-A-Whirl to participate in the larger art festival community.  Making and sharing the wooden art is a great way to stay in touch with the community we grew up in.  Now we continue to make wooden art from locally sourced wood obtained from friends and neighbors we often cut and dry ourselves

John Wegner

John Wegner is a Minnesota artist who specializes in portraiture and has a deep appreciation for the stories told in the faces he paints. He has studied at a variety of schools including the Florence Academy of Art in Florence, Italy and with teachers such as Thomas Fluharty and Joseph Paquet. John resides in Northeast Minneapolis with his wife and is currently studying under Jim Robinson at the Art Academy in St. Paul

Cella Mahoney

Passionate about children’s book illustration, graphic novels, and web comics, Cella is a whimsical watercolorist that brings emotions to life with color and character. While her love of story-telling guided her to receiving her BFA in Illustration, her prayer life led her to the religious art she creates today.

Dissatisfied with the religious greeting cards she'd find in stores, she first began her journey into religious artwork by creating a line of Catholic greeting cards in 2018. Later on, she began transforming those illustrations into her own unique iconography.

When she isn't drawing, Cella loves to Lindy Hop, talk about linguistics, and watch anime.
